through a simple and clean interface that will seamlessly connect with your employees.
How it works
Our algorithm takes schedule building to a whole new level by taking into account the carbon footprint
of each employee as they make their way to work, prioritizing the most eco-friendly
means of transport. We also consider the employees' comfort by including their preferred
days for remote work and the time it takes them to reach the workspace when we build the
weekly schedule. Finally, our algorithm ensures that the maximum capacity of a workspace is
never exceeded, automatically adapting it to potential sanitary restrictions.
About us
Planeco was born on a snowy Friday night in a small university residence room in Montreal.
While all our friends were out partying, we stayed in and brainstormed to figure out what
we were going to design for the 11th codeJam hackathon. After hours of tossing and turning,
we came up with the idea that was going to change the way companies think their schedule
building: Planeco. Indeed, it addresses the 2 biggest challenges that companies face during
the 21st century: sustainability, to limit their environmental impact, and remote work, to
protect their workers from pandemics but also to limit costs by optimizing the size of their
in-presence workspaces.
